Holophane COVID-19 Statement Update 02.11.2020

Following the announcement by The Prime Minister over the weekend that England will be placed under a new minimum 4 week National lockdown and that the UK Government is asking construction and manufacturing industries to remain open whilst recommending all staff that can work from home to do so.  Our current working already aims to align us with the very latest government guidance for safe working and we are a Covid-Secure workplace.  We are open and trading normally and will continue to do so through the lockdown period.

As a business we continue to see a sustained level of activity from our customers. We have, as promised, been closely monitoring and actioning UK Government guidance for manufacturing businesses, listening to our people, looking hard at the data regarding customer and project activity and liaising closely with our supply chain.

Our dedicated Sales Teams are fully operational, available and connected.  Our internal teams are fully equipped to work from home where possible and a small team of essential staff continue to operate from the office with full attention to the latest health and safety guidance.   A full operational & manufacturing team are working from our factory to meet customer orders so that our lead times for deliveries, lighting designs and standard or special quotations remain unaffected.  They will continue to do so strictly in line with the UK Government lockdown recommendations until further notice.

We thank all our team for their unquestioning support, loyalty and commitment in this extremely difficult time.  I know the Holophane team will continue to strive to serve our customers and communicate with our partners and suppliers to deliver the best possible outcomes.

At Holophane we all remain very focused, positive about our business and confident about the future.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your lighting and controls requirements
