A New Year of Achieving More with HOLOS3 Air?
2018 is now well underway and there is no rest for the wicked! A theme of 2017 was smart lighting solutions and the benefits they provide. But what are the real-world savings figures?
Achieving larger savings from interior lighting is one of the biggest challenges facing facilities and building managers today. With many industries now upgrading and taking the advantage of LED luminaires, many are seeing noted reductions in their energy and maintenance costs.
But how can we achieve more from our lighting and what are the real-world achievable figures? Our HOLOS3 Air control system is the perfect solution to unlock the savings potential of your LED luminaires.
To discover the real-world figures, Holophane has run the HOLOS3 Air system in their own manufacturing facilities over 2017. With customisable dimming strategies and real-time control energy savings and CO2 reduction was analysed against a system running no controls.

T-MAX – Delivering bigger lumens
The T-MAX luminaire has undergone an LED upgrade at the end of 2017 boosting a lumen upgrade that enables T-Max to deliver up to 51,000lm. The new generation T-MAX has a diverse range of photometrics and coupled with a larger ranger of lumen packages means it is the complete solution for tunnel applications.
The upgrade has also enabled certain lumen packages to now be available in smaller T-MAX module sizes. For example, the 15,000lm package is now available in the small single module size as opposed to it previously only being available in the larger module. This delivers a solution that is more cost efficient with a 18% improvement in efficacy.
