Panel-Vue and Sign-Vue have been specifically designed for sign lighting, to enable the maximum uniformity and graduation of illumination on vertical signs. This unique illumination can be achieved on a 8m x 4m sign with only a single luminaire located at a distance of one metre from the sign, without producing the ‘hot spots’ of light normally associated with conventional floodlights. While Panel-Vue produces a retangular light distribution ideal for signs that are wider than high, Sign-Vue gives a similar light pattern in a vertical orientation for portrait-shaped signs.

The optical design utilises an aluminium reflector and a prismatic refractor mounted into a luminaire that does not need the on-site angular adjustment of a conventional floodlight. Panel-Vue has been engineered to illuminate building fascias and signs efficiently, unobtrusively and, most importantly, to ensure maximum visibility of the lit surface.
